SHILPI
Shilpi holds a degree of Masters in Law from a reputed institution, as well as Certification in Trademark laws. Shilpi is qualified as a CS (Executive) and also experienced as a POSH trainer. She has vast experience as a Senior Associate and litigating advocate in Delhi, specializing in corporate law and civil aviation matters. She is also experienced as a government counsel representing the State of Jharkhand and as a Panel advocate for Ranchi University.
Shilpi has fifteen years of professional experience in the legal field.
SHIVAM
Shivam holds a Bachelor's in Law degree from a reputed institution in Pune as well as a Diploma in Alternate Dispute Resolution. He is an experienced arbitration counsel who has proficiently represented his clients in alternate dispute forums. He also holds a Certification in Cyber Laws from Asian Cyber Law School. Shivam has seven plus years of experience as a Government counsel. As a panel advocate for Legal Services Committee, he has successfully handled criminal litigation before the High Court. He is also a Panel advocate for PSU CCL and a Retainer advocate for Fisr Experia LLP, Mumbai.
APOORVA
Apoorva holds a B.A. LLB (Hons.) degree from a reputed National Law University. She has done her specialization in Criminal Law and has successfully represented her clients in complex criminal litigation matters before various forums. Owing to her diligence, she has also been appointed and requested to assist the Hon'ble Courts in several criminal matters as an Amicus Curie and also as Advocate Commissioners in certain civil matters. Apoorva holds more than seven years of experience in the legal profession and is very proficient in drafting and arguments. She has experience as a government counsel representing
the State of Jharkhand as well as Panel advocate for the Legal Services Committee. She is also a retainer advocate for Government Departments.
